Investigating - Due to an ongoing issue with AWS services in the Bahrain region, Threat Defense DNS traffic originating from the Bahrain site has been temporarily rerouted to the nearest available sites to ensure service continuity.
Impact: Customers attempting to connect to our Global and Regional Anycast IP addresses (52.119.41.100, 52.119.41.61, 103.80.6.100 & 103.80.6.61) may experience traffic being rerouted to the nearest sites. Please note that no service interruption is expected.

Impact: Access to manage pages inside "Security" tab will be temporarily unavailable via the Infoblox Portal and API for up to 5 minutes. We are currently investigating an issue affecting Universal DDI in the Europe https://portal.eu.infoblox.com.
Impact: Delays may occur for DNS record changes made in the Infoblox Portal. This includes create, update, and delete operations that may not propagate to NIOS-X servers and NIOS-X as a Service. There is no impact to DNS protocol services at this time.
We are actively working to identify the root cause and implement a resolution. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
