Scheduled Maintenance
The BloxOne DDI has an upcoming enhancement release planned on Saturday, May 15th between 03:00 PM and 07:00 PM UTC. The release features DNS and DHCP service updates that will install new features on the on-prem hosts running BloxOne DDI DNS and DHCP services. The update process will result in a DNS and DHCP service interruption of approximately 30 seconds while the update occurs and the DNS and DHCP services are restarted.

You can control the timing of these updates as to when they are applied or defer the updates up to a maximum of 4 weeks using ‘Schedule Software Updates’ in the Cloud Services Portal.

Note: The ‘status.infoblox.com’ automated messaging is available for users who are enrolled in the service. The ‘status.infoblox.com’ service does not replace Infoblox’s primary release communications directly sent via email to our customers.
