Investigating - We are currently experiencing an ongoing issue with Configuration updates to the DNS Forwarding Proxy Settings in our Cloud Service Portal. Users are unable to make changes to ‘DNS forwarding proxy‘ configuration page. Our engineering team is investigating the issue and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Scheduled - The BloxOne DDI has an upcoming enhancement release planned on Saturday, Feb 20th between 4pm & 8pm UTC. The release will consist of a DHCP and DNS service update for optimization and improving performance. The updates will be applied on the on-prem hosts running BloxOne DDI DHCP and DNS services. The update process will result in a DHCP and DNS service interruption of approximately 30 seconds.

You can control the timing of these updates as to when they are applied or defer the updates up to a maximum of 4 weeks using ‘Schedule Software Updates’ in the Cloud Services Portal.

Note: ‘status.infoblox.com’ automated messaging is available for users who are enrolled in the service. The ‘status.infoblox.com’ service does not replace Infoblox’s primary release communications directly sent via email to our customers.
