Investigating - We regret to inform that we have identified a delay with reports in Security tab on Cloud Services Portal (CSP). All other reports are up-to-date. Customers are advised to use our Security Activity reports which provides an enhanced interface to the recent security data, until the issue with Security tab is resolved. We are actively working to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Scheduled - The BloxOne DDI has an upcoming software update planned between Friday, Sep 11th, 11 PM - Saturday, Sep 12th, 1AM UTC. This update will require the interruption of some services in the cloud and on On-Prem hosts. During this time, configuration changes will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes, and DNS and DHCP services will restart On-Prem, interrupting those services for approximately 30 seconds.

You can control the timing of these updates as to when they are applied or defer the updates up to a maximum of 4 weeks using ‘Schedule Software Updates’ in the Cloud Services Portal.

Note: ‘status.infoblox.com’ automated messaging is available for users who are enrolled in the service. The ‘status.infoblox.com’ service does not replace Infoblox’s primary release communications directly sent via email to our customers.
