The BloxOne DDI has an upcoming software update planned between Friday, Sep 11th, 11 PM - Saturday, Sep 12th, 1AM UTC. This update will require the interruption of some services in the cloud and on On-Prem hosts. During this time, configuration changes will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes, and DNS and DHCP services will restart On-Prem, interrupting those services for approximately 30 seconds.

You can control the timing of these updates as to when they are applied or defer the updates up to a maximum of 4 weeks using ‘Schedule Software Updates’ in the Cloud Services Portal.

Note: ‘status.infoblox.com’ automated messaging is available for users who are enrolled in the service. The ‘status.infoblox.com’ service does not replace Infoblox’s primary release communications directly sent via email to our customers.
