Infoblox BloxOne services and solutions receive periodic updates that expand the feature set and improve the overall user experience. From November 4th through November 5th, 2023 UTC, we will perform an update to increase the security, availability, and scalability of all BloxOne services. The update will begin on 11/4/23 at 2:30 AM UTC and end on 11/5/23 at 2:30 PM UTC. DNS and DHCP protocol services for BloxOne DDI and BloxOne Threat Defense will continue to run uninterrupted.

During the update window, users may experience up to a 5-minute outage on both Saturday, 11/4/23, between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM UTC and Sunday, 11/5/23, between 4:30 AM and 6:30 AM UTC, impacting the ability to log in to the Cloud Service Portal (CSP) and configure services via the API or UI.
