Universal DDI services in North America (https://portal.infoblox.com) and Europe (https://portal.eu.infoblox.com) will undergo scheduled maintenance on October 24, 2026. Updates will be applied to the NIOS-X servers running DTC services.
Customers can control the timing of these updates or defer them for up to four weeks using the Schedule Software Updates feature in the Infoblox Portal.
Impact: Standard DNS services will remain unaffected. The DTC resolver will restart once per host as part of the update. DTC responses may be temporarily unavailable on the affected host for approximately 60 seconds during the restart. During this period, DTC health checks and traffic-steering behavior may be temporarily affected.
