Universal DDI Cloud services in North America (https://portal.infoblox.com) and Europe (https://portal.eu.infoblox.com) will undergo scheduled maintenance on August 23, 2026.

Impact: During the maintenance window, customers may experience delays of up to 3 minutes in the following operations:

• DHCP configuration propagation from the Infoblox Portal to NIOS-X Servers and NIOS-XaaS endpoints
• DNS record propagation from the Infoblox Portal to NIOS-X Servers and NIOS-XaaS endpoints
• Visibility of newly created DNS zones and views in the Infoblox Portal
• Recycle Bin restore operations for newly deleted objects

All other services will remain unaffected, and there will be no impact on protocol services.
