BloxOne Threat Defense Cloud has an upcoming enhancement release planned between Saturday, October 28, 3PM and Sunday, October 29, 3AM UTC. During this time, the DNS Forwarding Proxy (DFP) will be updated. This update process will require a service restart with an expected service downtime of up to 120 seconds.

You can control the timing of these updates as to when they are applied or defer the updates up to a maximum of 4 weeks using ‘Schedule Software Updates’ in the Cloud Services Portal.
