The BloxOne Threat Defense Cloud has an upcoming enhancement release planned on Sunday, June 27, between 1AM and 4AM UTC. During this release, the DNS Forward Proxy (DFP) feature will be upgraded to support local on-prem resolution. This upgrade is targeted only for customers with additional BloxOne DDI subscription and requires DFP feature restart with an expected service interruption of up to 120 seconds.
You can control the timing of these updates as to when they are applied or defer the updates up to a maximum of 4 weeks using ‘Schedule Software Updates’ in the Cloud Services Portal.
Note: The ‘status.infoblox.com’ automated messaging is available for users who are enrolled in the service. The ‘status.infoblox.com’ service does not replace Infoblox’s primary release communications directly sent via email to our customers.
