Universal DDI services in North America (https://portal.infoblox.com) and Europe (https://portal.eu.infoblox.com) will undergo scheduled maintenance starting October 17, 2026. During the maintenance window, updates will be applied to NIOS-X servers running DHCP services. Customers can control the timing of these updates or defer them for up to 4 weeks using the 'Schedule Software Updates' feature in the Infoblox Portal.
Impact: The update process will result in a DHCP service interruption of approximately 60 seconds.
