The BloxOne Threat Defense Cloud has an upcoming enhancement release planned on Sunday, Jul 18, between 1AM and 4AM UTC. During this time, the DNS Forwarding Proxy (DFP) will be updated. This update process will require a service restart with an expected service downtime of up to 120 seconds.
No additional actions are required unless you prefer to defer the update. The deferral can be configured any time before the targeted update time. This can be configured using ‘Schedule Software Updates’ in the Cloud Services Portal.
Note: The ‘status.infoblox.com’ automated messaging is available for users who are enrolled in the service. The ‘status.infoblox.com’ service does not replace Infoblox’s primary release communications directly sent via email to our customers.
