BloxOne DDI has an upcoming maintenance planned on Saturday, Oct 2nd, between 4 PM - 8 PM UTC. During the maintenance, service updates will be applied to the on-prem hosts running BloxOne DNS and DHCP services. The update process will result in a DNS and DHCP service interruption of approximately 30 seconds.

You can control the timing of these updates as to when they are applied or defer the updates up to a maximum of 4 weeks using ‘Schedule Software Updates’ in the Cloud Services Portal.

Note: ‘status.infoblox.com’ automated messaging is available for users who are enrolled in the service. The ‘status.infoblox.com’ service does not replace Infoblox’s primary release communications directly sent via email to our customers.
