[General Notice] Scheduled Maintenance: Infoblox NIOS-X Server Platform Components
Between April 29 and May 6 2026 (UTC), phased upgrades will be performed on NIOS-X server platform components. These updates will follow the ‘Schedule Software Updates’ configuration set in the Infoblox Portal.
Impact:
During this period, NIOS-X servers connected to Infoblox Portasl North America (https://portal.infoblox.com) and Europe (https://portal.eu.infoblox.com) may intermittently report an unhealthy status, with each occurrence lasting up to 2–3 minutes.
All other services will remain unaffected, and there will be no impact on protocol services.
Investigating - Due to an ongoing issue with AWS services in the Bahrain region, Threat Defense DNS traffic originating from the Bahrain site has been temporarily rerouted to the nearest available sites to ensure service continuity.
Impact: Customers attempting to connect to our Global and Regional Anycast IP addresses (52.119.41.100, 52.119.41.61, 103.80.6.100 & 103.80.6.61) may experience traffic being rerouted to the nearest sites. Please note that no service interruption is expected.

Infoblox SaaS Infrastructure in Europe (https://portal.eu.infoblox.com) will undergo scheduled maintenance on April 24th. During this period, the following impacts may occur:
- Intermittent sign-in issues and difficulty accessing certain application functionality within the Infoblox Portal. - NIOS-X servers connected to Infoblox Cloud may intermittently report an unhealthy status. - Slight delays may be experienced in DDNS updates, configuration pushes from Infoblox Cloud, and other related Cloud Operations.
All other services will remain unaffected, and there will be no impact on protocol services.

The activity will be performed in phases during the maintenance window. During this time, updates will be applied to the NIOS-X servers running DHCP services.
