NIOS-X As a Service will undergo scheduled maintenance on November 15th. During this time, updates will be applied to the service endpoints in the cloud. This update will result in a maximum of 20-minute service interruption, divided into two intervals of up to 10 minutes each.

[Operational Impact] Universal DDI Scheduled Maintenance Nov 15, 2025 08:00-22:00 UTC
Universal DDI services in North America (https://portal.infoblox.com) and Europe (https://portal.eu.infoblox.com) will undergo scheduled maintenance on November 15th. During this time, updates will be applied to the NIOS-X servers running DHCP and DNS services. The update process will result in DHCP and DNS service interruption of approximately 30 seconds.
You can control the timing of these updates or defer them for up to 4 weeks using the 'Schedule Software Updates' feature in the Infoblox Portal.
