[Operational Impact] NIOS-X On-Prem Anycast Service Scheduled Maintenance Apr 18, 2026 15:00-19:00 UTC
NIOS-X On-Prem Anycast services in North America (https://portal.infoblox.com ) and Europe (https://portal.eu.infoblox.com ) will undergo scheduled maintenance on April 18, 2026. As part of this activity, updates will be applied to the Anycast service.
The update process may result in a brief service interruption of approximately 2–5 minutes for DNS and DNS Forwarding Proxy (DFP) services utilizing Anycast. At that time, NIOS-X physical and virtual servers with Anycast configured may also temporarily report a degraded status.
You can control the timing of these updates or defer them for up to four weeks using the Schedule Software Updates feature in the Infoblox Portal.
