Universal DDI services in North America ( https://portal.infoblox.com/) will undergo scheduled maintenance on January 13, 2026. During this time, DNS configuration changes made via the Infoblox Portal and API, as well as DDNS updates propagating to NIOS‑X servers, may be delayed by up to 15 minutes. Infoblox Cloud Data Connector (CDC) services in North America (https://portal.infoblox.com) will undergo scheduled maintenance starting January 13, 2026. During this time, NIOS-X servers running CDC services may report an unhealthy status for up to 2-3 minutes. This activity will be performed in phases during the maintenance window.
All other services will remain unaffected, and there will be no impact on protocol services.
You can control the timing of these updates or defer them for up to 4 weeks using the 'Schedule Software Updates' feature in the Infoblox Portal.
